It is surprising that the characters are Mexicah; but actors are mostly from Spain. Aside from Jaenada, there is Paz Vega (doing nothing really) and Sergio Peris-Mencheta (the second bad guy very poorly written.
In brief; if you want a few very violent and gory scenes but lots of dead time in between; perhaps it is your movie. Otherwise check the previous chapters that are far better.
